Executive and International Payroll Expert (Workday/SAP)

What you will do

• Execute and control payroll and equity processes for executives and international mobile employees.
• Translate hirify.global policies into payroll and share plan execution.
• Answer executive questions about payroll, wage tax, social security, and share plan matters.
• Ensure timely, complete, and accurate payroll, wage tax returns, social security requirements, and share plan administration.
• Align processes with internal and external customer requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement, standardization, simplification, and automation.

Requirements

• Graduate HBO qualification.
• At least five years of experience in internationally oriented comparable positions.
• Significant experience administering automated employee financial systems as a super user.
• Experience with Workday and SAP payroll solutions; ADP GlobalView experience is preferred.
• Strong understanding of automated payroll processes and the solutions that support them.
• Experience with global mobility and shadow payroll is preferred.
