Lead D365 Business Central Functional Consultant (ERP)

Location: Malta; relocation assistance provided. Remote work is stated.

Salary: €55,000–€65,000 per annum

What you will do

• Lead D365 Business Central implementations across Finance, Sales, Procurement, Inventory, and HR.
• Own the functional direction across discovery, design, configuration, testing, training, cutover, and post-go-live activities.
• Work with senior client stakeholders to shape practical and scalable solutions.
• Manage functional deliverables, project risks, dependencies, scope, budgets, timelines, resources, and delivery quality.
• Lead, coach, and mentor functional consultants.
• Support proposals, estimates, solution demonstrations, client discussions, and the growth of the wider Business Central practice.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV or Business Central.
• Proven experience leading Business Central implementations or ERP workstreams.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of D365 Business Central and Dynamics NAV.
• Strong understanding of ERP implementation methodologies and full project lifecycles.
• Experience managing scope, budgets, timelines, resources, and delivery risks, with confidence working with senior client stakeholders.
• Excellent spoken and written English.

• Professional services, consultancy, or Microsoft Partner experience.
• Microsoft Dynamics certification.
• Spanish, German, or Italian language skills.
