Quant Developer (Real Estate)

Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands. Hybrid schedule with 2–3 days working from home and the remaining time from one of hirify.global's offices.

What you will do

• Develop and enhance a data-driven analytics and LLM platform supporting real estate investment decisions.
• Build and maintain robust data pipelines and applications using Databricks.
• Translate research into scalable, low-maintenance information products.
• Deploy AI agents within the real estate investment team.
• Collaborate with portfolio managers, researchers, and engineers across regions.
• Ensure system stability, data accuracy, scalability, and model transparency.

Requirements

• Master’s degree or higher in a quantitative discipline such as mathematics, statistics, or computer science.
• 5–8 years of relevant experience in data engineering and analytics.
• Strong programming skills in Python, SQL, Git, and clean coding practices.
• Experience with Databricks, Power BI, LLMs, CI/CD pipelines, and microservices.
• Strong analytical and statistical reasoning, attention to detail, and interest in infrastructure investing.
• Fluent English in written and spoken communication, with the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders across regions.
