Sr Program Manager (Cloud Security)

What you will do

• Plan and execute feature-oriented and technical roadmaps with Engineering and Product teams.
• Drive delivery of complex projects focused on the hirify.global ecosystem and third-party integrations.
• Coordinate project tasks and dependencies across Production Engineering, Security, Quality Assurance, and other functions.
• Support the establishment of agile processes across engineering teams.
• Automate repeatable processes using Jira automation and AI tools.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Project or Program Management or a related field.
• Proven experience managing complex projects and programs through completion.
• Experience with release management for cloud or client applications.
• Process improvement mindset and practical experience with Jira, Confluence, and Productboard.
• Strong technical skills, including experience with infrastructure projects.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills across organizational functions and levels.
