Cybersecurity Program Manager

Location: Łódź, Poland; hybrid work requiring 3 days per week in the Łódź office

Annual gross base salary: PLN 225,400–354,200

What you will do

• Lead enterprise cybersecurity projects from initiation through implementation and operational transition.
• Manage initiatives covering infrastructure hardening, security tool deployments, vulnerability remediation, penetration testing, compliance, and security modernization.
• Create project plans, schedules, budgets, resource forecasts, risk registers, and executive status reports.
• Coordinate Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, Cloud, Digital Workplace, Engineering, Procurement, and business stakeholders.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies, change requests, vendors, consultants, and third-party service providers.
• Drive cybersecurity technology implementations, penetration testing remediation, project governance, and continuous improvement of delivery practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience managing complex technology or cybersecurity projects in enterprise environments.
• Strong knowledge of vulnerability management, infrastructure hardening, identity security, cloud security, security operations, and risk management.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and managing cybersecurity technology implementations or enterprise security programs.
• Strong project management, governance, budgeting, resource planning, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in the Łódź hybrid model with 3 days per week in the office.

Nice to have

• PMP, PRINCE2, CISSP, CISM, or equivalent certification.
• Experience with Microsoft security, cloud security, identity, or endpoint security projects.
• Experience managing penetration testing, vulnerability management, or security compliance initiatives.
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Experience supporting cybersecurity programs in large multinational organizations.
