Program Manager (Localization)

Localization and translation program operations supporting client service, production, quality control, and service delivery.

What you will do

• Own service delivery across geographically dispersed client and internal teams.
• Establish operational benchmarks, timelines, resources, accountability standards, and success metrics.
• Design and implement process improvements, quality procedures, and efficient workflow models.
• Act as the primary client contact, manage delivery expectations, and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with production and client service teams to develop offerings, strengthen relationships, and support business growth.
• Drive strategic planning and report on customer satisfaction, quality, efficiency, and profitability improvements.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of program or account management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and the native language.
• Strong problem-solving, critical-thinking, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Thorough understanding of project management and advanced Microsoft Office skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and operate effectively in matrix organizations.

Nice to have

• Experience in the translation industry.
• Six Sigma certification or experience.
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification or experience.
