Fullstack Software Engineer (AI)

Location: Hybrid in Berlin or Konstanz, Germany

What you will do

• Build and maintain end-to-end features for users creating data workflows.
• Design and implement robust backend business logic for reliable application performance.
• Translate product requirements into intuitive and consistent user experiences with product managers and designers.
• Use AI-assisted coding tools responsibly while maintaining strict engineering standards.
• Improve code quality through automated testing, peer reviews, and continuous delivery pipelines.
• Track the use of AI agents in development and ensure appropriate oversight.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• At least 5 years of professional software development experience.
• Strong frontend development skills with Vue, React, or a similar technology.
• Strong backend development skills with Java and modern Java frameworks.
• Experience contributing to software architecture, working in unfamiliar codebases, and applying full-stack development practices.
• Fluent English in verbal and written communication.

Nice to have

• Practical experience with Golang.
• Experience working with AI agents.
