Location: On-site/hybrid in Matosinhos, Porto, Portugal

Salary: €15,494–€22,108 per year

hirify.global supports lenders in offering and managing mortgages and operates in the Dutch mortgage market, with approximately 600 colleagues and a branch in Porto.

What you will do

• Process funders’ financial administration accurately and on time.
• Support internal departments in Portugal and the Netherlands with financial administration questions.
• Manage and maintain suspense accounts.
• Support senior employees and specialists in the Finance Funders department.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement and development of administrative processes.

Requirements

• Completed secondary professional education comparable to Dutch MBO level 4.
• Strong affinity with financial systems; experience with Unit4-Coda or Crescendo is an asset.
• Detail-oriented, accurate, thorough, proactive, and self-motivated.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• English at minimum B2 level.
• Experience working in an international context.

Nice to have

• Dutch language skills.
• Experience with Unit4-Coda or Crescendo.
