Financial Operations Analyst (French Speaker)

What you will do

• Create, maintain, and update sales orders, billing notification forms, credit memos, and related records in CRM and SAP.
• Verify contractual terms, pricing, billing models, revenue allocation, and Statement of Work setup.
• Prepare orders for invoicing and support billing execution, including standard exception resolution and corrections.
• Support acquisition go-lives, data validation, system cutovers, and post-go-live stabilization.
• Coordinate operational information between Sales, Finance, Contracting, and Systems teams.
• Maintain documentation and support process improvements, automation, internal controls, and audit readiness.

Requirements

• Fluent French and English.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 0–3 years of experience in Sales Administration, Sales Operations, Finance Operations, or Customer Support.
• Strong attention to detail, data accuracy, organization, and time management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools, including Excel, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint.
• Ability to follow defined processes and manage operational priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP, Salesforce, PSA, or similar CRM and ERP systems.
• Exposure to order-to-cash, billing, or contract administration processes.
• Experience supporting multi-entity or acquisition environments.
