People & Culture Manager (Retail)

Location: Delft, Netherlands. Full-time onsite role with regular visibility required during evenings, weekends, public holidays, and school holiday periods.

What you will do

• Lead the People & Culture agenda for hirify.global Delft and align it with business priorities.
• Drive workforce planning, recruitment, competence development, succession planning, and staff cost management.
• Partner with the management team on talent development, organizational development, and business change.
• Lead, coach, and develop the People & Culture team.
• Build constructive relationships with co-workers, the Works Council, unions, and external stakeholders while ensuring compliance with labour legislation and hirify.global policies.
• Monitor people metrics and support a healthy, safe, inclusive, and high-performing work environment.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in leadership, talent development, and change management.
• Experience in stakeholder management, employee relations, and collaboration with Works Councils and unions.
• Strong business partnering and relationship-building skills.
• Resilience, decisiveness, and comfort in a constantly evolving retail environment.
• Fluent Dutch and English.
