Senior Final Assembly Inspector (Aerospace)

Location: Centennial, Colorado, United States; onsite at the Centennial facility. Four 10-hour shifts, Monday through Thursday.

Salary: $32.00–$43.00 per hour

hirify.global designs, develops, and manufactures jet propulsion systems for unmanned aerial defense using additive manufacturing.

What you will do

• Perform physical, visual, electrical, and mechanical inspections of turbojet engine assemblies using torque wrenches, gages, calipers, micrometers, and related equipment.
• Complete final inspections after engine build and testing, before shipment.
• Measure components against engineering drawings, GD&T requirements, MES requirements, and industry specifications.
• Create and implement inspection processes and documentation, including customer data and Certificate of Conformance packets.
• Identify non-conformances, support root cause analysis and corrective actions, and collaborate with Quality, Design Engineering, and Manufacturing Engineering.
• Maintain calibration records, KPI tracking, document control, QMS records, and MES work instructions.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in a quality position.
• Experience in an AS9100 or similar manufacturing and inspection environment.
• Experience with subassembly and final assembly inspection methods and tools.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and interpreting GD&T and engineering drawings.
• Experience creating quality documentation, including non-conformances and Certificates of Conformance.
• Proficiency with Word, PowerPoint, and Excel; ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with Calypso, PC-DMIS, Keyence machines, additive manufacturing, machine operations, or auditing.
