Senior Product Manager (Mobility)

Location: On-site from the hirify.global office in Madrid, Spain

Salary: €60,000–€90,000 per year

What you will do

• Define product strategy and create ambitious roadmaps with measurable objectives for key domains.
• Identify market opportunities and user needs through data analysis, qualitative research, and product judgment.
• Manage the full product lifecycle from conceptualisation and design through launch and post-launch iteration.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, data, and operations teams to deliver mobility solutions.
• Mentor Product Managers and promote continuous improvement and product excellence.
• Influence internal and external stakeholders and align them around the product vision.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Analytics, or equivalent roles.
• Experience leading high-impact products and executing complex product strategies.
• Strong ability to prioritise using data, metrics, and measurable outcomes.
• Excellent product sense and a user-centred approach to identifying problems and designing solutions.
• Strong communication, influencing, and leadership skills for multidisciplinary collaboration.

Nice to have

• Academic background in Economics, Engineering, or a relevant discipline.
