Focus on building lean teams, deploying production-grade automation, integrating financial systems, and maintaining controls, audit readiness, and data integrity.
Location: Asia; remote work-from-home arrangement, which may vary depending on the business team.

What you will do
- Define and execute the financial systems strategy across ERP, sub-ledgers, reporting, reconciliation, and automation platforms.
- Build and lead a lean Financial Systems team, including hiring, performance management, mentoring, and career development.
- Drive finance transformation from process discovery and prototyping through production implementation.
- Own ERP integrations, data models, customizations, migrations, and upgrade planning.
- Develop scalable data pipelines connecting finance systems, data warehouses, and BI tools.
- Oversee controls, audit readiness, UAT governance, release management, vendor evaluation, and transformation reporting.
Requirements
- 12–15+ years of experience across finance operations, systems, and technology leadership.
- Deep expertise with ERP platforms such as NetSuite, SAP, or Workday, including integrations and data migrations.
- Hands-on proficiency in Python, SQL, and/or VBA, with experience prototyping solutions directly.
- Production experience deploying AI/ML or RPA for journal-entry automation, reconciliation, anomaly detection, or reporting.
- Experience building lean, high-output teams and influencing CFO-level stakeholders.
- Strong knowledge of internal controls, SOX compliance, audit requirements, and financial data integrity.
