Head of Accounting & Financial Reporting (Fintech)

hirify.global operates an online trading and investment platform covering stocks, CFDs, commodities, Forex, ETFs, and cryptocurrencies.

What you will do

• Lead accounting and financial reporting across group entities and jurisdictions.
• Coordinate local finance teams and external accounting service providers.
• Manage monthly and annual closes and prepare management reporting packs.
• Oversee standalone and consolidated IFRS financial statements, including multi-entity and multi-currency consolidation.
• Coordinate statutory and group audits and ensure accurate regulatory and tax reporting.
• Drive accounting standardization, automation, ERP implementation, and process improvement.

Requirements

• University degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Professional accounting qualification such as ACCA, ACA, CPA, or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and experience preparing standalone and consolidated financial statements.
• Senior-level experience in accounting, financial reporting, or financial control within an international multi-entity and multi-currency group.
• Experience with external audits, statutory reporting, advanced Microsoft Excel, and 1C accounting software.
• Fluent English is required in written and spoken communication.

Nice to have

• Experience in CFD/FX brokerage, investment, fintech, payments, or another regulated financial-services organization.
• Russian language skills.
• Big Four or other international audit-firm experience.
• Experience with SAP Business One and accounting, ERP, consolidation, or financial reporting system implementation.
