What you will do

• Support research and financial analyses for Corporate Finance and M&A engagements.
• Participate in day-to-day transaction execution at different levels of advisory work.
• Work across a broad range of industries, countries, and financial operations.
• Collaborate with an international team of 40–50 professionals in Amsterdam.
• Attend internal trainhirify.global focused on analytical expertise, commercial skills, and transaction experience.

Requirements

• Master’s student or third-year Bachelor’s student with a strong interest in Corporate Finance and M&A.
• Strong problem analysis, judgment, attention to detail, perseverance, and ability to work under pressure.
• Good communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
• Fluent business English required; oral Dutch preferred.
• Willhirify.globalness to work in Amsterdam.
• Must remain enrolled at a Dutch university, or at an EU university if holdhirify.global an EU passport, throughout the internship.
