Operations Officer (Fintech)

Location: Hybrid in Amsterdam, Netherlands; mostly office-based

What you will do

• Monitor and process corporate actions such as dividends and stock splits.
• Manage internal payments and accounts, and reconcile trades, positions, and cash balances.
• Investigate and resolve trade, position, and cash breaks.
• Provide trade support to the first line of defence and collaborate with cash, clearing, and trading partners.
• Work with engineering, business intelligence, finance, and customer support teams.
• Design reporting procedures and refine or automate daily operational processes for the savings proposition.

Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in financial operations.
• Ability to work in a team with strong attention to detail and a quality-driven mindset.
• Ability to work with Excel and spreadsheets.
• Based in the Netherlands and willing to work from the Amsterdam office.
• Experience with Python or SQL is a plus.
• Previous experience in financial services, banking, or payments is a plus.
