International Tax Manager, Personal Income Tax

What you will do

• Support advisory projects on personal income tax and social security questions across all active countries.
• Assess tax-efficient equity options, payments, salary packages, and benefits.
• Work with payroll to determine fund flows and improve tax efficiency across countries.
• Evaluate local personal income tax and social security exposures.
• Answer tax questions arising from customer engagements.
• Build documentation resources for recurring and potential customer tax questions.

Requirements

• Solid experience in collections, preferably in a consultancy environment, with proven performance.
• Previous experience with international taxation and financial operations.
• Experience in a global law firm, fintech, or startup company.
• Strong negotiation, influencing, and data-driven communication skills.
• Professional experience working with large data sets and managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent written and spoken English and strong automation and AI capabilities are required.
