PQA Technical Manager (Hardware Product Quality Assurance)

What you will do

• Define, maintain, and develop reliability and functional test plans based on project requirements and user scenarios.
• Establish quality standards and validate hardware products for healthcare engineering projects.
• Collaborate with electrical, mechanical, software, and firmware engineering teams and JDM suppliers throughout product development.
• Identify, track, troubleshoot, and drive resolution of hardware bugs and validation issues during development builds.
• Perform root cause analysis and use data-backed decisions to improve product quality and validation processes.
• Support sustaining engineering and continuous improvement for products already on the market.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience developing or testing accessories for a Smart Living Ecosystem.
• 5–8 years of experience in a hardware quality role, preferably in the Smart Living Ecosystem devices industry.
• Direct knowledge of Product Quality Assurance, Design Quality Assurance, or reliability testing.
• Professional working proficiency in English is required for technical communication and documentation.
• College degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related engineering field.

Nice to have

• Experience applying statistical methods such as Statistical Process Control or data analysis.
• Previous project management experience or the ability to manage project timelines and deliverables.
• Fluent English with the ability to explain complex technical issues to cross-functional teams.
