Technical Advisor (Advanced Electronics)

What you will do

• Drive continuous improvements in safety, quality, and productivity across assigned production areas.
• Collaborate with Process Engineers, Maintenance Engineers, Technical Advisors, and Shop Floor Technicians.
• Identify improvement and optimization opportunities using the Operational Excellence Framework and apply them through Kaizens.
• Check product quality and take corrective actions according to SOP and OCAP procedures.
• Support operations with training, consumables and tools management, and new material setups.
• Maintain EHS, safety, workplace organization, and qualification standards.

Requirements

• Ability to follow plant and area rules for EHS, safety, training, and required qualifications.
• Ability to work with production, engineering, maintenance, and shop floor teams.
• Ability to apply operational excellence methods and Kaizen-based improvements.
• Ability to follow SOP and OCAP processes for product quality control.
