What you will do
- Shape customer growth and marketing investment strategies across 16 markets in APAC, Europe, and Turkey.
- Partner with senior leadership, local and regional marketing teams, and data teams to improve performance and drive innovation.
- Generate strategic insights and translate complex data into actionable growth recommendations.
- Oversee marketing budget allocation using an ROI-focused approach.
- Develop performance reports for C-level audiences and support OKR tracking.
- Lead high-priority marketing, growth, and cross-functional projects.
Requirements
- 3–4 years of experience in top-tier management consulting, FMCG, investment banking, or a high-growth technology environment.
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills, with advanced Excel and SQL proficiency.
- Experience developing actionable strategies in complex environments.
- Demonstrated success managing or advising on growth strategies in fast-paced industries.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-influence skills with C-level executives and international teams.
- Pragmatic, hands-on approach and willingness to take ownership of outcomes.
