What you will do

• Direct market requirements for assigned products and product lines.
• Lead product planning, launches, product management, market development, and market research.
• Identify unmet customer requirements, marketing opportunities, and new business opportunities.
• Coordinate projects, schedules, budgets, trade shows, website development, and regional marketing activities.
• Develop future e-commerce strategies and track campaign performance to recommend future promotions.
• Collaborate with product managers, geographic teams, internal stakeholders, customers, and vendors.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 7 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree and at least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Mastery of a relevant marketing or professional specialty and strong knowledge of industry practices.
• Experience managing large or moderately complex projects with limited supervision.
• Ability to analyze undefined, moderately complex problems and implement effective solutions.
• Strong communication, stakeholder influence, project coordination, and mentoring skills.
