What you will do

• Lead the Market Growth Roadmap and develop market plans aligned with the regional growth strategy.
• Build market business plans using market intelligence across the value chain and priority categories.
• Align portfolio strategy with market needs, identify new product requirements, and assess sales potential.
• Drive B2B, channel, and retail marketing by analyzing customer, consumer, market, and channel insights.
• Partner with customers and market management teams to deliver value and support strategic alignment.
• Manage marketing services, promotional investments, and expenditures within budget.

Requirements

• Senior marketing experience in B2B environments; B2C experience is an advantage.
• At least 5 years of experience in a leading marketing role with strong leadership skills.
• Experience in FMCG and the food industry is an asset.
• University degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Fluent English and proficiency in German are required.
• Strong communication, presentation, problem-solving, project management, and digital marketing skills.
