IT Product Owner, eCom (eCommerce)

Location: Annecy, France. Hybrid work model with a usual remote-work arrangement.

What you will do

• Define, structure, prioritize, and steer the IT Enablement backlog for the e-commerce domain.
• Collect needs and organize initiatives into Ideas, Epics, Features, and User Stories.
• Assess business value, dependencies, capacity, implementation effort, and prioritization trade-offs.
• Run discovery phases and prepare sufficiently documented initiatives for delivery teams.
• Collaborate with domain architects, tech experts, developers, team leads, and managers throughout execution.
• Define success metrics and track adoption, productivity, quality, and operational performance improvements.

Requirements

• Around 5 years of experience as a Product Owner.
• Solid experience with e-commerce environments and flows.
• Strong technico-functional skills and understanding of development constraints.
• Experience building and structuring backlogs, prioritizing effectively, and driving results.
• Strong communication, cross-functional coordination, and facilitation skills.
• English at B2 level and a good level of French required.

Nice to have

• Interest in or knowledge of AI.
