Product Manager Apprentice

Location: Paris, France; hybrid work with 2 remote days per week, 1 remote work week per quarter, and 3 flex days

What you will do

• Support the product lifecycle from solution ideation and prioritization through development and launch.
• Write specifications and user stories, coordinate feature implementation with engineers, and perform quality assurance.
• Run A/B tests independently to optimize conversion from product pages to checkout.
• Analyze experiment results and identify the most effective product solutions.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, marketing, operations, engineering, and content teams.
• Define performance measurement, estimate impact, and monitor results after launch.

Requirements

• Interest in product management and a strong user-centered approach.
• Strong analytical, methodological, communication, and organizational skills.
• Curiosity, proactivity, resourcefulness, rigor, and team spirit.
• Fluent spoken and written English required.
• Must already be enrolled in a work-study program at a French school under a contrat d'alternance or contrat d'apprentissage.
• Starting in January 2027, ideally for 24 months; a 12-month arrangement may be discussed.

Nice to have

• Experience working with software developers, multiple teams, or Agile concepts.
• Experience in user experience or A/B testing.
