Franchise Compliance Controller (E-commerce Logistics)

Location: Gqeberha, Eastern Cape, South Africa; field-based work with local and regional travel required

What you will do

• Monitor and report on franchise and driver performance, operational compliance, service levels, and KPI adherence.
• Conduct regular field audits and identify non-compliance with franchise agreements, SOPs, and SLAs.
• Train franchise managers and drivers on SOPs and support continuous improvement across the delivery network.
• Implement operational corrective measures within service hubs in coordination with Head Office and operations teams.
• Track regional driver growth, performance management, complaints, and branch-customer satisfaction.
• Compile weekly reports and coordinate improvement actions with franchise management teams.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in a client-facing operational role or a similar environment.
• Degree or equivalent work experience in process analysis and management.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Experience analyzing data, creating reports, and working with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Proven operational delivery, execution, coordination, and communication skills.
• Field-based operational experience with strong attention to detail and process orientation.

Nice to have

• Experience managing an outlet, hub, or restaurant.
• Hospitality or retail franchise experience.
• Training experience in an operational setting.
• IT or technology experience.
