Release Planning Coordinator (Music)

What you will do

• Manage release planning and ensure music products are delivered to digital service providers on time.
• Perform quality checks on metadata and creative assets before release.
• Coordinate with A&R, Business Affairs, labels, Product Management, Creative and Production teams to meet release and pitching deadlines.
• Maintain the digital release schedule, manage label expectations and register video releases with RiSA.
• Support metadata delivery, catalogue distribution and troubleshooting across digital service providers.
• Coordinate supply chain improvements, manufacturing and print partners, reporting, investigations and project analysis; provide cover for the Operations Manager when required.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of the music industry, release processes and artist development.
• Knowledge of digital distribution, digital service providers, metadata management and music delivery systems.
• Experience with iTunes Connect, Vevo Admin, Scatman or similar tools.
• Understanding of physical product manufacturing and release processes.
• Strong project management, organisation, stakeholder management, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Confidence using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
