Supply Chain Coordinator (Aerospace)

What you will do

• Raise and manage purchase orders for materials, components, and services.
• Track supplier orders, delivery schedules, incoming and outgoing materials, and inventory accuracy.
• Maintain purchasing, inventory, serialisation, revision, and specification data in ERP/MRP systems.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Finance, and suppliers to support production builds.
• Identify and escalate shortages, delivery delays, and other supply risks affecting production schedules.
• Improve procurement, inventory, logistics, reporting, and ERP/MRP data workflows.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, procurement, inventory control, warehousing, or manufacturing support.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems or the ability to learn them quickly.
• Strong Excel, data management, organisation, accuracy, and follow-through skills.
• Understanding of procurement, inventory management, and logistics workflows.
• Ability to build effective supplier and stakeholder relationships, identify issues, escalate risks, and drive actions to completion.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Experience in engineering, manufacturing, aerospace, automotive, electronics, defence, or another technical industry.
