Location: Macquarie Park, VIC, Australia; hybrid arrangement with three days in the office and two days remote or from home

What you will do
- Lead the discovery, design, and delivery of AI-enabled automation solutions across OSS domains.
- Translate operational requirements into scalable solutions using AI technologies, workflow orchestration, APIs, agentic workflows, and reusable automation services.
- Collaborate with architecture, engineering, security, data, operations, and vendor teams to deliver and continuously improve AI automation capabilities.
- Champion test-driven development, responsible AI, observability, governance, and operational readiness.
Requirements
- Experience leading technology, automation, software engineering, OSS, integration, or AI-driven solution delivery in complex enterprise environments.
- Strong expertise in APIs, workflow orchestration, cloud architectures, CI/CD, and modern software engineering practices.
- Hands-on experience with LLM integrations, prompt engineering, agentic workflows, retrieval-augmented generation, and responsible AI frameworks.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and leadership skills, including the ability to guide cross-functional teams and communicate complex technical concepts as business outcomes.
