Consumer Insights Senior Analyst (iGaming)

Location: New York City, hybrid

Salary: $86,000–$108,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Manage qualitative and quantitative custom research projects from scoping and sample planning through survey design, analysis, reporting, and interpretation.
• Lead brand tracking, customer tracking, and advertising effectiveness research initiatives.
• Design and program surveys using Qualtrics or other DIY survey creation tools.
• Synthesize custom research, syndicated sources, internal analytics, and business intelligence into actionable insights.
• Create data visualizations, presentations, and points of view for internal marketing and commercial stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and research vendors while maintaining regular insight reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 3+ years of market research or consumer insights experience, including at least 2+ years on the research vendor side.
• 2+ years managing custom research projects from conceptualization through completion.
• Proficiency in sampling, survey design, data analysis, and integrating disparate data sources.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with Tableau or other data visualization tools is preferred.
• Strong communication, analytical, organizational, problem-solving, presentation, and project management skills.
