Senior Project Manager (Fixed Term Contract)

Location: UK-based role with work at client locations, remotely, or from the Godalming and Milton Keynes offices. Candidates must have been resident in the UK for at least 5 years and have the right to work in the UK.

Salary: Up to £65,000 per year plus company benefits.

What you will do

• Own the definition, planning, governance, and delivery of major projects or multiple smaller initiatives.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies, priorities, budgets, resources, and financial controls throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams and maintain delivery momentum by removing blockers.
• Manage senior stakeholders, clients, and external suppliers across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Select and adapt Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Support business readiness, change, adoption, assurance, and benefits realisation.

Requirements

• Proven experience delivering complex digital, technology, or business change projects as a Senior Project Manager.
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Strong stakeholder, supplier, commercial, budget, resource, risk, and governance management experience.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and working in complex business and operational environments.
• Understanding of digital and technology delivery, hardware, infrastructure, and cloud architecture.
• Willingness and eligibility to obtain minimum SC clearance, UK residence for at least 5 years, and the right to work in the UK are required.

Nice to have

• Degree or equivalent qualification related to the area of work.
• Relevant project management qualification or equivalent experience with recognised methodologies and tools.
