Finance Transformation Manager (Oracle Fusion)

Location: London, hybrid working

Salary: £800–£900 per day, depending on experience

hirify.global is recruiting for a major transformation programme within a leading alternative investment firm.

What you will do

• Lead the Oracle Fusion Finance implementation as the internal delivery lead.
• Drive the programme through design, testing, data migration, cutover, and stabilisation.
• Manage the integrated plan, milestones, dependencies, risks, and issues.
• Hold the implementation partner and internal stakeholders accountable for delivery.
• Work with senior Finance and Technology stakeholders.
• Support wider finance transformation across processes, controls, data, and the operating model.

Requirements

• Strong management consulting background, such as Big Four, Accenture, McKinsey, BCG, Bain, or similar.
• Experience delivering complex finance transformation programmes.
• Strong ERP transformation and implementation experience; Oracle Fusion exposure is highly advantageous.
• Experience in financial services, ideally private markets, asset management, or investment management.
• Excellent project management, organisation, and senior stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to bring structure to complex or ambiguous programmes and drive delivery.

Nice to have

• Previous experience working directly within private equity or private markets.
• Accounting qualification.
