Quality Engineer for Technical Incoming Inspection (Semiconductor Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Coordinate quality-related communication with suppliers and service providers regarding non-conformities, complaints, and corrective actions.
• Process supplier complaints and drive sustainable quality improvements.
• Apply structured root cause analysis and quality methodologies to resolve deviations permanently.
• Collaborate with Production, Quality, Supplier Management, Engineering, and other cross-functional stakeholders.
• Analyze quality indicators, prepare reports, and support audits and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead improvements to technical and organizational incoming inspection processes, including inspection plan reviews and First Article Inspections.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Manufacturing Engineering, or a comparable qualification.
• Experience in quality engineering, quality assurance, incoming inspection, or manufacturing.
• Experience with inspections, measurements, and technical evaluations of components or assemblies.
• Knowledge of quality standards, quality management systems, structured problem-solving, statistical analysis, and quality reporting.
• Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Excel.
• Good written and spoken German and English language skills.
