Validation Engineer (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Plan, conduct, and document qualification of production facilities, equipment, and test equipment.
• Prepare and maintain IQ, OQ, PQ, validation plans, test reports, and final reports.
• Define qualification strategies, acceptance criteria, maintenance plans, and requalification schedules.
• Plan and evaluate process validations, test series, and Design of Experiments.
• Analyze critical process parameters, quality attributes, process capability, and long-term process stability.
• Collaborate with production, quality assurance, development, and maintenance teams on changes and risk analyses.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in mechanical engineering, production engineering, process engineering, natural sciences, or a comparable technical field.
• Experience with equipment qualification, process validation, statistical process analysis, and quality data evaluation.
• Knowledge of Cp/Cpk, SPC, MSA, Design of Experiments, and FMEA.
• Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented approach with strong communication and cross-site collaboration skills.
• Good knowledge of Office 365, MS Office, and SAP; experience with statistical or data analysis software is advantageous.
• Fluent German at C1 level and very good English at least at B2 level required.
