Location: The Hague, Netherlands; hybrid working

Salary: €9,700–€12,934 per month for a 40-hour work week, depending on knowledge and experience.

What you will do

• Lead NN Group’s global investigations capability, including triage, review, escalation, follow-up, and root-cause analysis.
• Set and implement the global Corporate Security & Investigations strategy, standards, governance, and monitoring.
• Advise the Management Board, senior executives, and governance bodies on security, integrity, investigations, and emerging risks.
• Lead complex and sensitive investigations and oversee integrity-sensitive pre-employment and in-employment screening.
• Set standards for physical security, executive protection, travel security, crisis management, and organisational resilience.
• Build corporate intelligence capabilities and collaborate with Compliance, Legal, HR, regulators, authorities, and external security partners.

Requirements

• At least 15 years of relevant experience in corporate security, intelligence, investigations, law enforcement, or a comparable environment.
• Senior international leadership experience in a complex stakeholder environment, preferably within an international or highly regulated organisation.
• Experience leading crisis management, high-impact incidents, sensitive investigations, and advice to management boards or executive committees.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Criminology, Law, Public Administration, Business Administration, Security Studies, or a related field.
• Fluent Dutch and English, with strong spoken and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of corporate security governance, internal investigations, crisis management, business continuity, insider risk, executive protection, threat intelligence, compliance, and integrity.
