Lead Security Professional (Cybersecurity)

Location: Utrecht, Netherlands; hybrid work

Salary: €5,994–€8,563 gross per month for a 36-hour work week

What you will do

• Provide functional leadership to Security Professionals across Tribe FEC and align priorities, quality expectations, and ways of working.
• Translate enterprise security policies, standards, and controls into practical implementation plans for technology teams.
• Monitor security risks, findings, exceptions, and remediation activities, escalating critical or recurring issues.
• Deliver reporting on security risks, overdue actions, and progress to the Tribe Leadership Team.
• Act as the primary security counterpart between the tribe, the CISO organisation, technology teams, Security Champions, and central security stakeholders.
• Facilitate security forums, coaching, peer reviews, knowledge sharing, and capability development.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's degree in cybersecurity, information security, computer science, or a related field.
• Extensive experience in information security, cybersecurity, or security governance.
• Experience in large-scale technology organisations and agile environments.
• Strong understanding of security frameworks, risk management, and control implementation.
• Experience advising senior leadership teams and driving collaboration across departments and disciplines.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, SABSA, or equivalent.
