Security Operations & Coordination Manager

What you will do

• Lead planning and coordination of security activities, including personnel, logistics, vendors, timelines, and communications.
• Provide real-time operational support during activities, monitor execution, facilitate decisions, and respond to changing requirements.
• Coordinate headquarters, field teams, executives, internal business units, vendors, and external stakeholders.
• Prepare contingency plans and maintain readiness, business continuity, and operational resilience.
• Manage vendors, service quality, contractual follow-up, operational resources, and the department budget.
• Maintain confidential documentation, reports, schedules, and records while ensuring compliance and continuous process improvement.

Requirements

• Experience in operations management, project coordination, security operations, or a similar operational environment.
• Strong organizational, planning, analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams, external service providers, budgets, operational resources, and vendor relationships.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Hebrew and English.
• High discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information.
• Authorization to work in Israel and proof of employment eligibility are required.

Nice to have

• Experience in corporate security, operations centers, emergency management, executive support, or operational command environments.
• Experience supporting executive leadership with operational planning and decision making.
• Military, governmental, law enforcement, or intelligence background.
• Familiarity with operational risk management and business continuity principles.
