Corporate Communications Senior Manager (Corporate Communications/Public Affairs): Strengthening P&G's reputation in Spain through corporate content, issues and crisis management, stakeholder engagement, and scientific communications with an accent on innovation, sustainability, public affairs, and societal impact. Focus on translating complex business and scientific topics into credible narratives, coordinating crisis responses, and building strategic partnerships with NGOs, academia, industry groups, and consumer associations.
Location: Madrid General Office in Alcobendas, Spain; three days per week in the office and two days typically focused from home

What you will do
- Lead corporate communications initiatives in Spain to strengthen business reputation through content and compelling narratives.
- Support innovation, sustainability, social impact, scientific communications, corporate reporting, and joint business plans with Spanish retailers.
- Lead local issues and crisis prevention, preparedness, and management, including monitoring emerging narratives and misinformation.
- Shape public affairs, advocacy, citizenship, and trust priorities through stakeholder engagement and industry partnerships.
- Manage relationships with NGOs, academic institutions, industry groups, consumer associations, and other sustainability stakeholders.
- Partner with multifunctional and European teams across product stewardship, issues and crisis management, and scientific communications.
Requirements
- Proven experience leading communications projects from strategy through execution with measurable business impact.
- University degree in communications, science, engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in communications, preferably in a multinational and multifunctional environment.
- Ability to translate complex business, scientific, or technical topics into clear and compelling narratives.
- Fluent Spanish and English required.
- Strong leadership, collaboration, strategic thinking, decision-making, stakeholder influence, adaptability, integrity, and discretion.
