Communications & Public Affairs Manager, EP & Neuro, EMEA (MedTech)

What you will do

• Execute the EMEA communications strategy for the electrophysiology and neuroscience business units.
• Translate business priorities and innovation milestones into clear, compelling communications campaigns.
• Deliver integrated communications across media, executive, internal, and digital channels.
• Own communication channels, including intranet content, distribution lists, and newsletters.
• Partner with Legal, Regulatory, Government Affairs, and global Media Relations on communications and approvals.
• Manage agency and freelance relationships and use data to improve campaign effectiveness.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; an advanced degree is preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in communications, corporate affairs, or public affairs.
• Experience supporting commercial businesses, preferably in healthcare, MedTech, or other regulated industries.
• Strong knowledge of the EMEA region and its market-specific nuances.
• Strong writing, storytelling, communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder-engagement skills.
• IT proficiency and willingness to learn new content and distribution systems.

Nice to have

• Experience in healthcare, medical technology, or another regulated sector.
• Advanced degree.
