Focus on developing regional communications strategies, advising senior executives, managing crisis and reputation matters, and translating global priorities into locally relevant campaigns.

What you will do
- Lead integrated external and internal communications strategies for UKI corporate, brand, product, sales, and real estate initiatives.
- Manage UKI media strategy and relationships, including press releases, media pitches, interviews, talking points, and spokesperson preparation.
- Advise the International President and UKI leadership on executive positioning, thought leadership, presentations, and media engagement.
- Develop internal communications rhythms, including regional Town Halls, and coordinate priorities with Continental Europe and global communications teams.
- Build member, market, landlord, and broker storytelling programs, including newsletters, case studies, and media outreach.
- Lead local and regional reputation management, crisis communications, issues response, and communications for building and event initiatives.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, or public affairs.
- Experience with proactive media engagement, reactive crisis response, senior leader support, and communications campaign leadership.
- Strong writing and storytelling skills across press releases, op-eds, speeches, and other formats.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and translate complex topics into clear, accessible messaging.
- Experience working in fast-paced global environments with evolving priorities.
- Experience using AI tools for research, media monitoring, content development, and communications planning, with sound judgment regarding accuracy and confidentiality.
