What you will do

• Lead strategic earned-media outreach across traditional, digital, and social platforms.
• Advise senior clients and C-suite executives on media engagement, investor-related activities, and complex data presentations.
• Develop story ideas and secure high-value coverage for product launches, regulatory milestones, corporate initiatives, and executive visibility.
• Manage integrated campaigns in collaboration with digital, creative, and strategy teams across global markets.
• Lead and develop the earned-media team through quality reviews, training, mentoring, account rotations, and networking opportunities.
• Support pitches, cross-regional projects, industry engagement, and the evolution of AI-enabled media strategies.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience in earned media, ideally in healthcare communications or another regulated sector.
• Experience advising senior clients across health, financial, and consumer sectors, including listed companies.
• Established relationships with senior journalists and media contacts across local, regional, global, trade, specialist, and lay outlets.
• Experience managing high-profile product launches, regulatory milestones, and investor-adjacent media activity.
• Experience working with global teams, particularly US and APAC teams, and managing time-zone and cross-cultural challenges.
• Strong leadership, storytelling, organisational, collaboration, and team-building skills.
