Senior Account Executive (Health PR)

What you will do

• Act as the primary client contact across multiple healthcare and pharmaceutical accounts.
• Manage integrated campaigns covering disease awareness, medical education, patient and employee engagement, and digital communications.
• Lead project delivery from planning through execution, ensuring high-quality, accurate, on-time, and on-budget work.
• Develop strategic counsel, creative materials, presentations, and research-informed insights for clients.
• Manage project finances, resourcing, forecasts, budgets, billing, and timesheets.
• Coach and develop junior colleagues, oversee team quality, support recruitment, and contribute to new business and account growth.

Requirements

• Experience in PR or a similar communications marketing field; agency experience is preferred.
• Experience managing client relationships and multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with client-related financial management, budgeting, forecasting, and billing.
• Strong media, influencer, and stakeholder networks, with the ability to build and sell compelling stories.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, organization, planning, presentation, and client liaison skills.
• Ability to manage, inspire, coach, and develop a team while maintaining high-quality creative output.
