Specialist, AP Service Delivery (SAP)

What you will do

• Process invoices end to end, including three-way matching, documentation, approvals, and exception handling.
• Manage the accounts payable invoice backlog while meeting SLAs and KPIs for cycle time, accuracy, and volume.
• Resolve discrepancies and complex queries with internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain internal controls, accounting standards, company policies, and regulatory compliance.
• Identify AP workflow bottlenecks and recommend automation or process improvements.
• Support month-end closing and provide backup support to other accounts payable teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or College degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related business discipline.
• 2–3 years of experience in accounts payable or a similar field.
• Experience with SAP or similar large-scale ERP systems.
• Strong Google and Microsoft applications skills, including spreadsheets, pivot tables, and VLOOKUPs.
• Good oral and written communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a process-oriented approach.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Nice to have

• Experience in a Shared Services Centre, BPO, or e-commerce environment.
