What you will do
- Generate and distribute customer invoices based on contract terms, service delivery data, and billing schedules.
- Verify invoice completeness, pricing, billing periods, tax information, and customer billing preferences.
- Maintain billing records in ERP and billing systems such as NetSuite, and validate related data in Salesforce.
- Respond professionally to customer questions about invoices and documentation.
- Support month-end billing close activities and maintain required documentation.
- Identify basic billing issues and suggest process improvements while following billing controls.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of relevant billing experience.
- High school diploma.
- Experience with NetSuite or other ERP systems.
- Ability to handle customer and financial data with discretion and accuracy.
- Coursework in accounting, finance, or business is preferred.
