What you will do
- Manage invoicing, supplier account statements, reconciliations, discrepancies, rebates, and credit notes.
- Create and reconcile supplier accounts and process supplier payment requests.
- Calculate product and item costs and investigate claims with local suppliers.
- Coordinate regular inventory counts and ensure compliance with agreed procedures.
- Perform warehouse and store inventory valuations, calculate inventory ageing, and monitor asset control.
- Prepare inventory performance reports and journal vouchers for prepaid expenses, accruals, and OPEX.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in accountancy and finance.
- Experience with MS Excel.
- Strong attention to detail, structured work habits, and prioritization skills.
- Analytical, communication, interpersonal, and intercultural skills.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and interact with senior executives.
- Fluent English required; Arabic is highly advantageous.
