FFE Senior Manager DB (Pharmaceutical Field Force Excellence)

What you will do

• Advise GBU and BU leaders on field force strategy, execution excellence, productivity, and resource allocation.
• Lead quarterly and annual field force planning cycles, including sizing, deployment, territory alignment, target setting, and listing planning.
• Design execution frameworks for customer profiling, segmentation, targeting, interaction planning, and objective setting.
• Build and manage FFE dashboards, execution tracking mechanisms, routine analyses, and ad-hoc analytical solutions.
• Coordinate FFE projects and process improvements with business, marketing, field force, digital, omnichannel, and supporting teams.
• Manage the FFE business analytics team and support team member development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; a Master’s, PhD, or MBA is preferred.
• At least 6 years of experience in field force excellence, field force management, or business consulting within healthcare or pharmaceutical industries, preferably in an MNC and specialty care environment.
• Project management experience is required; FFE transformation, evolution, or change management experience is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical field force models, territory alignment, target setting, FFE tools, performance tracking, and analytical frameworks in the China pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong analytical, communication, business judgment, stakeholder influence, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Good command of written and spoken English is required.
