MedTech Business Analyst (Vision)

Location: Mongkok, Kowloon, Hong Kong

What you will do

• Own sales dashboards, recurring performance reports, data quality management, and business review support.
• Prepare accruals, rebates, settlements, true-ups, reconciliations, and credit-note requests.
• Administer BPA agreements, pricing, eligibility, rebate cycles, contract tracking, and audit records.
• Evaluate campaign and commercial investment efficiency using spend, uplift, ROI, and performance drivers.
• Maintain SOPs, control reports, approval records, training coordination, and compliance documentation.
• Support ad hoc analyses and cross-functional initiatives with data-driven recommendations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Statistics, Data Analytics, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience in sales operations, commercial operations, business performance management, financial analysis, or a related field.
• Experience with reporting, incentive administration, accruals, rebates, settlements, pricing, contract administration, or commercial governance.
• Experience working with Sales and cross-functional stakeholders on business planning and operational execution.
• Advanced Excel skills, including PivotTables, Power Query, data modelling, reconciliation, and mail merge.
• Onsite role based in Mongkok, Kowloon, Hong Kong.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI, ERP or SAP BW platforms.
• Experience with healthcare-industry governance.
