Sales Business Analyst (AI)

What you will do

• Provide accurate and timely sales reporting to support sales leadership decisions.
• Improve data quality, governance, system integrity, and reporting consistency.
• Use AI and advanced analytical tools to improve reporting efficiency.
• Create Global Sales Discipline scorecards, metrics, and dashboards for monitoring data quality and Salesforce adoption.
• Manage the global sales commission process and support customer NPS data collection and analysis.
• Support sales excellence initiatives, the Nexus ERP transition, reporting readiness, and post-launch master data management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in an analytical role at a multinational company.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Advanced computer skills, including Excel, Power BI, database programs, and relevant AI tools.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Ability to take initiative and work independently.
