Fab Production Supervisor

Location: Wuxi, China; onsite manufacturing role

What you will do

• Lead and manage manufacturing operators during day-to-day fab operations.
• Work with process and equipment engineers to improve equipment availability and efficiency, troubleshoot issues, and complete routine checks and shift duties.
• Schedule manpower and equipment allocation to maximize throughput, reduce equipment idle time, and achieve on-time delivery.
• Manage equipment capacity constraints, bottleneck tools, key product movement, emergencies, and 6S implementation.
• Organize operator training and certification while monitoring performance evaluations, cost-reduction activities, and yield-improvement projects.
• Enforce discipline, safety, and housekeeping standards across the production team.

Requirements

• Experience leading manufacturing operators in a production environment.
• Ability to troubleshoot equipment and collaborate with process and equipment engineers.
• Understanding of equipment capacity, production constraints, bottleneck management, and throughput planning.
• Ability to organize training and certification and develop operator skills.
• Commitment to production safety, discipline, housekeeping, and 6S standards.
