People & Organisation Partner

What you will do

• Partner with leaders to improve organisational effectiveness, workforce planning, capability planning, and business performance.
• Lead strategic people initiatives and use workforce insights, people data, and organisational metrics to inform decisions.
• Coach leaders through organisational change, build leadership capability, and support high-performing, inclusive teams.
• Strengthen employee experience, engagement, wellbeing, psychological safety, and workplace culture.
• Provide guidance on employee relations, statutory employment requirements, organisational change, risk management, and freelance governance.
• Act as an internal consultant across Production, Distribution, Sales, and Corporate functions while contributing to local and international HR projects.

Requirements

• Proven HR Business Partner experience in a large, complex, matrixed organisation.
• Experience influencing senior leaders and delivering business-focused people solutions.
• Experience in organisational development, leadership coaching, change, employee relations, and stakeholder management.
• Knowledge of Australian employment legislation, relevant modern awards, and contemporary workplace practices.
• Experience using people data and workforce insights, with strong influencing, facilitation, relationship-building, and commercial judgement skills.
• Australian full working rights are required.

Nice to have

• Experience in a production, media, or other fast-paced creative industry.
• Experience working with large freelance populations and international parent companies.
