Intern, Invesco Real Estate (3 months)

Location: Hong Kong, Hong Kong; hybrid schedule with at least four days per week in the designated hirify.global office

What you will do

• Compile industry research and market intelligence for senior management.
• Prepare presentations for investors, management committees, and business reviews.
• Support fundraising, product development, strategic planning, and special projects involving ESG, data analytics, and market opportunities.
• Monitor portfolio performance across APAC investments and support quarterly portfolio, AUM, and investor reporting.
• Track asset management metrics including occupancy, rental growth, leasing activity, valuations, and capital expenditure.
• Support financial modelling, investment underwriting, market research, and preparation of investment memoranda for potential acquisitions and developments.

Requirements

• Pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related discipline.
• Available for a full-time internship from January to March 2027.
• Good understanding of financial markets, investment products, and basic portfolio concepts.
• Strong written and verbal communication, analytical, and quantitative skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, collaborative, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Prior internship experience in asset management, wealth management, investment banking, research, consulting, or broader financial services.
